Our patients are people who require health care services as an extension to their hospital stay, physician referrals, and/or patient request. We know how important it is to remain in your own surroundings while recovering.

Wellspring Healthcare Services, Inc. is a state licensed, Joint Commission accredited, and Medicare certified Home Health Agency operating in the State of Illinois. Our service area includes the counties of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, and Will counties.
Our Home Services (Caregiver & Homemaker) division is state licensed and includes the service area of Cook, DuPage, and Will counties.
